A Christmas Carol
Marietta’s New Theatre in the Square

One of the season’s most well-known and beloved dramas comes to the state in Marietta this holiday season. This production features Palmer William Jr. as Scrooge, the wealthy but heartless business man who’s entire perspective changes when he’s visited by three ghosts over the course of Christmas Eve. This is a new production of the classic ballet, performed by the Atlanta Ballet Orchestra. Tchaikovsky’s ballet has become a stable of the holidays, and this new production adds plenty of engaging elements that make this perennial favorite a new and exciting experience for the whole family. This is one of the biggest light displays in the area, with more than a million lights brightening up the night. There are other events, as well, including pony rides and train rides. Flamenco and Paella Night

Right here in Smyrna, the historic Firehouse opens up for some of the best traditional Spanish music you’ll hear anywhere. This event features two guitarists and a dancer performing without electrical amplification, giving you the most authentic Flamenco experience. The NYE Royalty Show: A Tribute to Prince and Queen

If you’re looking for a NYE party with great music, check out the Georgia Players Guild as they play tribute to Queen and Prince in a New Year’s show.
